Typical shift patterns: 0700-1430 / 1400-2130 / 2115-0715, including alternate weekends and sleep-ins

A driving licence is desirable.

A support worker’s day is varied, and flexibility is required. You will be providing care and support tailored to the needs and wishes of people with learning disabilities. You will work together to identify and achieve their goals, enabling them to have choice and control over their lives. You will also carry out everyday tasks including personal care, participating in interests and activities that promote a healthy, balanced, and fulfilling lifestyle. Waking nights will involve domestic work and providing support as needed.
