Typical shift patterns: 0700-1430 / 1400-2130 / 2115-0715, including alternate weekends and sleep-ins

A driving licence is desirable.

A support worker’s day is varied and requires flexibility. You will provide care and support tailored to the needs and wishes of people with learning disabilities. You will work collaboratively to identify and achieve their goals, enabling them to have choice and control over their lives. Responsibilities include everyday tasks such as personal care, engaging in interests and activities that promote a healthy, balanced, and fulfilling lifestyle. Waking nights may include domestic work and providing support as needed.
