We are looking for a Support Worker to join our team at Figbury Lodge in Canford Heath, Poole. Our team is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of those we care for, providing the highest standards of care with the latest technology to enable more meaningful interactions. Figbury Lodge has an excellent reputation as a valued care provider, with the needs of our service users always at the forefront.

As a Support Worker, your responsibilities will include providing physical and emotional support, assisting with washing and dressing, and promoting independence where possible. Every day brings new experiences and the rewarding knowledge that you are making a real difference in someone’s life.

Salary: £13.20 per hour

Working Hours: 24 hours per week, including alternate weekends
