We’re looking for female Mental Health Support Workers to join our dedicated community-based team. You'll support a variety of clients with mental health needs, working across different homes, routines, and shift patterns.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting individuals in their own homes and out in the community
• Encouraging independence, confidence, and emotional wellbeing
• Providing both practical and emotional support
• Working flexibly across days, evenings, weekends or sleep-ins
