Superior Healthcare is hiring a Support Worker in Ashford to provide safe, person-centred care. You will work with a team to support daily routines, personal goals and community involvement, following individual care plans and receiving induction and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Care experience or ability to provide personal support.
• Ability to follow an individual care plan and work with a team.
• Good communication and listening skills are essential.
• Right to work in the UK is required.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car are preferred.
