Job summary

Jane Lewis Healthcare Recruitment seeks compassionate Care Assistants for our Ashford client, supporting adults with brain injuries or neurological conditions in a residential setting.

You will assist with daily activities, personal care and medication management, promoting independence and well-being. We offer DBS fee covered, free training, flexible shifts and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Be over the age of 18 to apply.
• Have the right to work in the UK.
• Be a UK resident, sponsorship not offered.
• Have 6 months prior experience in a healthcare setting.
• Excellent communication skills and basic knowledge of the sector.
• Be able to build a strong rapport with service users with varying needs and abilities.
• Have a genuine passion working in the healthcare sector.

Pay rate: From £14.57 to £21.85 per hour, weekly pay

Our client specialises inlooking after adults with brain injurys or other neurological conditions, providingrehabilitation services for adults with neurological conditions resulting from injury, illness or disease.

We are offering an exciting opportunity working within our group owned residential service in Ashford, who specialise in supporting young adults with varying needs including neurological conditions, physical and learning disabilities.
