Some of the people we support have increasing physical needs requiring hoisting, pushing wheelchairs and help with all aspects of care.

As a Support Worker, you will encourage positive self-image, maintain health and wellbeing, assist with decision-making and promote independence.

Supporting people to develop and maintain contact with family and friends, you will provide access to the community, enabling the people we support to participate in sports clubs, social events and creative endeavours. Driving Licence is therefore preferred but not essential to this role as long as you are happy to use public transport.
