Radis Community Care has an opportunity for an afternoon/night Care Assistant/Support Worker to join our team based in The Paddocks in Chipping Norton OX7.
Shifts are from 2pm to 10pm, with alternate weekends.
The Paddocks is located in the picturesque market town of Milton-under-Wychwood, Chipping Norton. The development offers 44 apartments and facilities including a restaurant, craft room, lounge, and hair salon for residents and staff.
Our carers aim to help residents retain as much independence as possible for as long as possible. Care is provided 24/7 on-site and tailored to individual needs, within the comfort and privacy of their own flats. Support can range from daily assistance to full-time support during day and night.
As a Support Worker in our Extra Care Scheme, you will support customers over the age of 55 to maintain their independence.
The role involves assisting residents with personal care and light domestic tasks. You will also engage in recreational and social activities, promoting physical and mental stimulation both individually and in groups.
The goal is to promote Customers' independence, choice, dignity, and respect by delivering high-quality care.
