Overview

The role of the Support Worker/Carer is an opportunity for a proactive person to join an evolving Care Company. We are looking for dedicated and empathetic people. The support team will provide practical assistance and emotional support to empower the people we support to achieve their goals and aspirations.

What you will do

• Provide practical assistance and emotional support to empower people to achieve their goals and aspirations.
• Support residents within our residential home with daily living skills and health needs.
• Support people who have physical and/or learning disabilities.
• Work as part of a team that is empathetic, non-judgmental, and capable of managing challenging behaviours.

About you

Are you enthusiastic, compassionate and committed to supporting people in a way which respects their dignity?

Experience of supporting people with learning disabilities and/or complex care is preferred but all training will be provided.
