About The Role
We are looking for Full-Time Support Worker/Carer who care about making every moment matter, regardless of qualifications or experience.
Job title: Support Worker/Carer
Hours: Full time hours, 42 hours per week, 7am - 7pm with alternate weekends.
Location: Melton Constable (NR24) - Full Drivers Licence is required due to the location of the service.

About you
Are you enthusiastic, compassionate and committed to supporting people in a way which respects their dignity?
You will need to be adaptable, flexible, with excellent communication skills and able to work as part of our team.
Our service is rurally located and there is not always public transport available therefore your own transport would be desirable.

About The Service
Swanton House is set in delightful, mature grounds extending to some 22 acres in North Norfolk. We are registered to support up to 49 individuals within our 3 smaller separate homes, each one can offer both Residential and Nursing Care to the people we support. Our specialist service supports people who have complex health needs and mental health issues.
