Support Worker - Thame

We have partnered with one of Oxfordshire's leading disability charities to find dedicated Support Workers in Thame. This role involves working 14 hours or more per week, with a starting salary of £24,000 for full-time employment. It offers a highly rewarding experience with many benefits.

Role Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal care, eating and drinking, shopping, and household tasks.
• Organize and participate in fun and fulfilling activities, including music, cinema, theatre trips, days out, and holidays.
• Ensure clients have varied and exciting experiences, fostering inclusion and enjoyment.
• Enjoy free meals with the household.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in care or working with individuals with additional needs is preferred but not essential.
• A positive, professional attitude and reliability are essential.
• Flexibility with shifts is required.
• Must hold a valid UK Driving Licence.
