Job description

We are looking for Support Workers to join a Day Service for Learning Disabilities based in Banbury. The role is working Monday to Friday, 9:00-16:00. The salary is £23,500. This is a very fun and highly rewarding role with many benefits.

There is no experience required for the role; however, if you have a background in care or support, that would be fantastic. You must be a committed, friendly, flexible, honest, and reliable person! You will need to be a people person – fun, motivated, and adaptable. In return, you will be provided with an enjoyable, rewarding, and vibrant place to work, making a real difference to the lives of the people supported and their families.

Ideally, you’ll have a background in care or working with people with specific additional requirements, but we’re more interested in hearing from individuals who genuinely want to make a difference. Full training and induction will be provided. You must have a positive and professional attitude.
