We’re currently looking for a confident, experienced Support Worker to join a brilliant team in Caerphilly. You’ll be supporting a bright and cheerful young girl with complex clinical needs in the comfort of her home. Your role is all about bringing structure, stability, and warmth to her day-to-day routine while providing specialist care that truly makes a difference. You do need a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle to work as a Support Worker with us. This is because all our customers live in their own homes in the community.

What You’ll Be Doing:

– Providing 1:1 (moving to 2:1) support including waking night shifts

– Delivering safe, compassionate care tailored to complex medical needs

– Monitoring and managing seizure activity with confidence

– Assisting with PEG feeding, suctioning, and oxygen therapy

– Helping create fun, structured, and engaging daily experiences

– Collaborating with parents and the wider care team to provide holistic support
