Job summary

Mears Group PLC in Falkirk is seeking a Female Support Worker for a 24-hour care package. The role involves assisting with personal care, meals, medications, and daily activities for a non-verbal service user with complex needs.

Shifts run 07:30–19:30 and 19:30–07:30 on a 12/1 basis. You will help attend medical appointments and engage in community activities, providing compassionate, patient, and dignified support.

Qualifications

• All roles require entitlement to work in the UK.
• Must be able to support with personal care and appointments.
• Experience in care or support roles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support with personal care, meals, and oral hygiene.
• Assist with medication and daily living tasks in a 24h package.
• Support the service user at appointments and community activities.
• Work a 12/1 day pattern and waking night shifts (07:30–19:30 and 19:30–07:30).
