Tyne Housing Association Ltd in Sunderland is launching a new short-term accommodation service to support people with multiple and complex needs.

Support Workers provide 24/7 staffing, overnight supervision, and person-centred activities to help residents move towards independence. If you have empathy, strong listening and communication skills, this role offers rewarding frontline work with day and night shifts on a six-week rota.

Qualifications

• Empathy, good communication, active listening.

Responsabilités

• Provide 24/7 staffing to residents experiencing homelessness.
• Deliver person-focused support and activities to help residents develop and gain independence.
• Work on a double cover basis with overnight supervision to ensure continuous support.
• Process referrals at any time of day or night.
