Job Description:

The successful applicant for this permanent role (based in Bangor) will be responsible for delivering an efficient and effective high-quality support service to vulnerable people with complex needs (Domestic Abuse, Substance misuse, mental health issues, etc.) in Ynys Môn.

Experience in a similar role is desirable.

Candidates should hold a full driving licence (mileage paid) & have access to a vehicle.

Applicants must be able to prove their right to work in the UK.

This role is subject to an Enhanced DBS disclosure check (Child & Adult Workforce) which the company will pay for.
