We'd like you to join us as a day time Support Worker to assist our brand new female client who lives in Northallerton.
Meet the client:
Looking for a care team to support me in my brand new home. I would get on well with someone who is chatty and outgoing, who likes to have a laugh. I like to go out in my mobility car, even if this is for a drive to the coast and an ice cream. I would like a support worker who respects my home and who is willing to build a trusting working relationship.
What you'll be doing:
This role is to support our brand new female client in her own home for night shifts, who has suffered a spinal cord injury. The client requires support with moving and handling, personal care and hygiene, peg feeds, cough assist and NIV. Full clinical training will be provided.
A double up team will be supporting at periods throughout the day to assist at key times while the client regains physical strength.
You will be required to drive our client's vehicle. Therefore you must hold a full UK drivers licence.
