What You’ll Do

As a Support Worker you will support young people with their daily routines; Getting them ready for school, prepping for meal times and planning activities.

Create a warm, homely environment by helping with light housekeeping.

Build strong, meaningful relationships and provide emotional support.

Plan and join fun activities like trips to the park, popcorn & movie nights or creative projects.

Keep essential records to ensure the best possible care.

Where You’ll Do It

Perrymill is a closed home, where 3 young people can live. Currently the home is undergoing home improvements to help create a warm and welcoming home. We have a large garden and lots of space within the home, to help give young people their own space and we will encourage and support them to make this personalised.

We are currently building a team, focusing on people who want to make a change to young people’s lives and create lots of happy memories for them. As a new team it is important to work together to create a safe home for the young people. Our young people are centre of everything we do, and we thrive to help them reach their goals and achieve their highest in everything they do.
