What You’ll Do

As a Support Worker you will support young people with their daily routines; Getting them ready for school, prepping for meal times and planning activities.

Create a warm, homely environment by helping with light housekeeping.

Build strong, meaningful relationships and provide emotional support.

Plan and join fun activities like trips to the park, popcorn & movie nights or creative projects.

Keep essential records to ensure the best possible care.

Where You’ll Do It

Chlamys is small home, set within an urban area offering the young people access to numerous amenities within walking distance of the home

We care for two young males currently, one being 12, and one 13. Both are so much fun to be around and enjoy engaging in activities with the adults that are here to support them. They are honest, so will tell you how good a job you are doing looking after them

The team is child focussed, we thrive on the ethos of wanting the best for the young people, challenging outside agencies when we feel they could provide better support for our boys, and supporting each other to better themselves – meaning we provide the best care possible!
