The Role

We are seeking a Support Worker experienced in supporting young people aged 16 to 25 in supported housing. You will be a Key Person, ensuring the safety, independence, and well-being of the individuals we support. The role involves some lone working but is primarily within a welcoming and enthusiastic team of Support Workers.
