Job summary

People for Places Recruitment Ltd in Reading, Wokingham and Maidenhead is seeking experienced Support Workers to provide care and support to adults with autism and learning disabilities.

You will assist with personal care, everyday living skills and participate in community activities, helping clients engage meaningfully in daily life and social settings. Successful candidates will bring empathy, reliability and a willingness to train as required.

Job description

Due to expansion, People for Places Recruitment is currently recruiting for experienced Support Workers to undertake agency assignments in Learning Disability services around Reading, Wokingham and Maidenhead.

Your role will include providing care and support to adults with autism, physical and learning disabilities. You will also support our clients with personal care, everyday living skills as well as community activities.

Requirements

• Previous experience of supporting clients with autism, learning disabilities and challenging behaviour
• Own car desirable
• The willingness to undertake necessary training
• Outgoing, positive attitude, empathy
