Support Worker

Pay rate: £12.55 - £14.61 per hour (Monthly Pay)

Shift Pattern: Both Days and Waking Nights (8am-8pm & 8pm-8am) Monday to Sunday

We have a rewarding opportunity for the right person to work with an individual living in their family home in Wimborne. This person has a Brain Injury, epilepsy, and is PEG fed, but this does not define them. They have a great sense of humor and enjoy hobbies such as community outings and visiting friends and family. To support their activities, being local to Wimborne and able to drive with a full UK Driving Licence is essential.

Enriching activities will be key in your support, requiring an empathetic approach to make a positive difference. Previous experience in supporting individuals with

  • Brain Injury
  • Epilepsy
is necessary.
What will your shift involve?

You will provide high-quality care on a 2:1 basis, engaging in meaningful activities and community outings to promote social interaction and well-being. Household tasks to maintain a comfortable, organized environment and clear communication tailored to the individual's preferences are also essential.
