Creative Support is seeking a warm, reliable, and mature Support Worker to join our friendly team in Willington. We provide quality care and support for service users with acquired brain injuries.
At our vibrant service, no two days are the same. You will support service users to enjoy life to the fullest, which may include employment or volunteering activities, community outings, socializing, or relaxing at home. Support includes assistance with daily living tasks, enabling independence while being available to help as needed. We are looking for someone with a great sense of humor who wants to join a lively and friendly team.
Your Role Will Include:
Full-time and part-time hours are available, with shifts covering early, mid, late, and sleep-in duties. We welcome motivated candidates from all backgrounds. No previous care experience is necessary—just a passion for person-centered support and working in a positive environment! Full training is provided through our Creative Support Training Academy, along with opportunities to earn a QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care.
