Support Worker –
Town: Coates, Whittlesey PE7
Typical Shifts are: Mon - Sun, 8am to 10pm
Pay Rate: £12.34 per hour

We’re looking for genuinely caring, hands-on Female Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support. As a support worker, you'll help people gain more independence in their daily lives, working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of individuals.
Our supported living service offers a welcoming and friendly environment where no two days are the same. You’ll enhance the life of the Lady we support by teaching new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging her to access local communities, socialize, and participate in activities such as swimming, shopping, and cheerleading.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to make a real difference, helping individuals grow in confidence and independence to meet their goals.
We value the right experience and values. Support Workers should hold a full UK driving license, be resilient, flexible, and composed, have experience with Positive Behaviour Support plans, reflective practice, and working with individuals with autism and epilepsy.
