We are seeking a Support Worker to join our dynamic team. The role involves supporting citizens in their community and familiar settings with daily living skills and activities, enabling independent living and community engagement. Responsibilities include assisting with accessing benefits, community activities, shopping, cooking, reading mail, and replying to correspondence. The role requires travel within the Coventry area.
This position is exempt under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974; appointment is conditional upon a satisfactory DBS check.
Experience is not essential; enthusiasm, encouragement, respect for citizens’ rights and choices, and dignity are vital. Support is available for completing applications via our accessibility page.
