Job summary

Baker Snell seeks a Support Worker for Kingsbridge to assist clients with daily living, personal care and community participation. You will help people cook, clean, shop, and manage basic finances while promoting independence and dignity.

Applicants should be chatty, kind, and dependable, with strong organisation skills. A driving licence is preferred and prior care experience or a Health & Social Care diploma is a bonus.

Suppport (Community Outreach) Worker - Kingsbridge
