Job summary

Voyage Care in Bracknell is hiring a Support Worker to help people gain more independence in daily life within a caring, close-knit team. You will support with personal care, assist with everyday activities and encourage community involvement.

Typical shifts are 7am-2pm, 2pm-9pm, and 7am-9pm. Pay is £12.74 per hour with enhanced evening and weekend rates, overtime premiums, and benefits linked to the role.

Our Residential Service in Bracknell is a welcoming and friendly environment and you can be sure that no two days will be the same! You’ll be enhancing the lives of the people we support by teaching them new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging them to access their local communities, socialising and doing lots of activities.
