The role involves providing support to individuals with learning disabilities, promoting independence, and encouraging daily living skills. You will be part of a supportive team with access to quality training, and flexible working hours with additional pay for unsociable hours.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join our team at the Supported Living service we have a variation of contracted posts within Wakefield andthe surrounding areas
As a Support Worker in theSupported Living Serviceyou will be caring, adaptable and committed to making a positive difference to people’s lives. We are looking for an individual who is willing to learn and able to work as part of a team, you will be joining a supportive team and training will be provided.
Due to the nature of the role, support workers are required to have a flexible approach to cover duty rota as necessary, a typical rota includes early shifts / late shifts and youmustbe willing to work evenings, weekends, Bank Holidays and sleep ins – enhancements are paid on top of the basic salary, additional hours/ overtime may also be available on top of the contacted hours!
