Job summary

Consensus Support Services Limited (trades as Consensus) is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for Bridle Lodge in Burton Joyce, Nottinghamshire. You’ll join a caring team and help people with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs lead meaningful lives.

Starting salary £12.75 per hour, rising to £13.02, with 37.5 hours per week on rotational shifts. DBS check is required, followed by a 3-day online induction to get you started in a warm, supportive environment.

Your Role

Our Support Workers are our greatest asset. You may be new to care or already have experience in the social care sector as Mental Health Support Worker, Care Worker, Healthcare Assistant or Care Assistant but your values are most important to us.

• Bridle Lodge is a five bed bungalow located in Burton Joyce in Nottinghamshire, situated in three acres of land, including stables which have been converted into an art room offering fun, creative activities. The bus stop is not far away with close links to Sherwood Forest, Mansfield and Nottingham. Bridle Lodge offers a homely and caring environment with full wifi access, sensory room, games and activities. It has a delightful, open living area with high ceilings and enormous glass doors which bring nature inside.
