Job Description: FULL UK DRIVERS LICENCE REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE
Up to 40hrs Available

£11.95 per hour - Increased up to £12.72 from 1st April!

This exciting role will include various responsibilities, such as:

  1. Provide quality support where you will listen, discuss, and plan individuals' goals and ambitions.
  2. Provide person-centred support.
  3. Assist with personal care that will include mealtimes and medication.
  4. Encourage and empower those we support to be independent in their everyday lives.

We are looking for enthusiastic Supported Living Support Workers for our homes in Colchester, Essex. We support adults living with Learning Disabilities and Mental Health conditions to fulfil their potential, develop new skills, and live as independently as possible.
