Job summary

Creative Support in Ulverston is seeking calm and compassionate team players to provide person-centred care and support to tenants. You will help residents engage in daily life and activities, using positive communication and a respectful, unconditional approach.

• Embrace all aspects of the role, including personal care, domestic tasks and community activities such as walking, swimming and dining out.
• Support people who express their needs through challenging behaviour.
• Demonstrate an engaging, creative and person-centred approach, even without prior experience.
• Work on a flexible rota, including evenings, weekends and sleep-ins.
• Receive training in accredited health and social care diplomas via our training academy.

Job description

We’re seeking calm and resourceful individuals to join our friendly team providing person‑centred care and support to tenants in Ulverston, helping them engage in everyday life and enjoy various activities. Positive communication and engagement skills are essential, along with the ability to demonstrate unconditional positive regard for the people we provide learning disability/autism support to.

£12.85 per hour
