Job Details

This role is being offered on a part‑time, permanent basis working 29.6 hours per week. You will be working 4 days per week on a rolling 4‑week rota, Monday to Sunday between 8am and 9pm. This role will be based at our Pods service in Penryn.

About The Candidate

To be successful in your application for the role of Support Worker, you will have the essential skills and experience for a level 1 role (please see candidate information pack) and the following role specific skills and experience:

  • Have an understanding of support needs and support planning.
  • Have experience of risk assessing and risk management.
  • Be a great communicator with the ability to build rapport.
  • Have accurate record keeping and computer skills.
  • Confident in lone working and be a good team player.
  • Have a flexible working approach.
  • Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Be resilient and adaptable.
  • Have an open, friendly personality and the ability to maintain a positive attitude in challenging situations.

Please note: This role is not eligible for a Cos. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK for the full duration of the role without a CoS.
