Thera South West has an exciting opportunity available for a Support Worker to join our team based in Trowbridge.You will join us on a permanent basis, with full-time and part-time hours available. In return, you will receive a competitive salary ofup to GBP26,436.45 per annum.
Additional Information: Full driving license preferred but not essential

About the Support Worker role:
As a valued Support Worker with Thera Southwest, you will be part of an inclusive team supporting adults with a learning disability. You will be working in Trowbridge the location is a shared supported living where 3 men who love shopping, going out for lunch, cinema, going out to their social clubs, sports and going to the pub .This is an exciting opportunity to work with different individuals with different needs which will give a varied working week and opportunities to use a variety of skills you already have or would like to develop for career progression.

You will be working alongside other staff where there is a real sense of teamwork, supporting people in their daily lives at home or getting out in the community with people. This can be a fun and rewarding but also at times challenging and demanding role.
