Job description

Overview

We are currently looking for multiple Health Care Assistants in and around the Taunton area. We have ongoing/ad hoc shifts available.

Responsibilities

• Assisting healthcare professionals in providing care to patients
• Assisting with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, feeding and medication administration
• Providing emotional support to patients and their families
• Assisting with mobility and transferring patients
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients
• Documenting patient information accurately and timely

Experience / Qualifications

• Mandatory Care Certificate (Training can be provided)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Enhanced DBS (Assistance provided)

Other Information

• Multiple shifts on offer – days or nights
• Pay up to £14.00 per hour
• Weekend availability
