Overview of role: A typical Tuesday involves planning for the week ahead and assisting Billie with life admin duties. Wednesdays are dedicated to working on goals set by her OT and MDT, and attending the job hub. Thursdays are mostly for trips and activities. Billie appreciates her Support Worker / PA being proactive and researching local community events. The role involves prompting and supporting Billie with daily activities, liaising with her case management and therapy team. Her needs are subtle, requiring experience supporting adults to live independently and strong safeguarding knowledge. Monthly supervision with her OT and regular MDT meetings during working hours are expected. Flexibility around working hours may be necessary depending on activities.

Details: Brain Injury Support Worker / PA in Caterham, CR3. Part-time position offering £19.00 gross per hour. The role requires supporting adults with neurological conditions, brain injury, or learning disabilities to live independently. You should have at least 2 years of relevant experience, including safeguarding. Epilepsy/seizure management experience is desirable; training will be provided, including emergency medication administration. Start date: ASAP. Hours: 16 hours per week, days and times to be mutually agreed. You will need to use your own car for work, with mileage and insurance paid. This position is open to female applicants only.
