About The Company

The Rowans is a friendly, 5-bedded residential home nestled in the heart of Tadworth village. We’re just a short walk from local train stations and bus routes, making commuting easy and convenient. We’re proud of our close-knit team—most of whom have been with us for over 10 years. That longevity speaks volumes about the supportive, respectful, and welcoming environment we’ve built together. Our mission is to provide person-centred care to five gentlemen with autism and learning disabilities. We promote independence in every aspect of their lives—from personal care and household tasks to community activities and social engagement. We offer a variety of shift patterns across a 7-day rota, including:

  • Day shifts
  • Late shifts
  • Weekend options
