Mencap is seeking compassionate Support Workers for Swanwick, offering a 30-hour permanent contract. You will support individuals with learning disabilities, assisting with daily activities and providing emotional support.

What we're looking for:
This role is for a 30 hr permanent contract.
All our services are 24hr care. We prepare the rotas at least 4 weeks in advance so you can still plan your personal and social life!
Days and Nights:
There is also a sleep-in available where you will receive an enhanced flat rate payment of £64.20.
*All roles are subject to an enhanced DBS check and suitable references.
