M&D Care Limited in Swansea is seeking compassionate Support Workers to join our Specialist Residential Services across South Wales. You will support adults with complex needs, learning disabilities and autism to live meaningful lives in our residential homes.

Qualifikationen

• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Ability to work flexibly across a rota including weekends.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Desirable: previous experience in care or support services.
• Desirable: QCF Level 2 or 3 Health & Social Care qualification.
• Desirable: experience supporting people with complex needs, autism or learning disabilities.
