Role Overview:

We’re seeking caring, hands-on Support Workers passionate about improving the quality of life for those we support. You will help individuals gain independence, working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people!

About Our Supported Living Service:

Located in Swadlincote, our service offers a welcoming and friendly environment. No two days are the same! You’ll help enhance lives by teaching new skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging community access, socialising, and engaging in activities like visiting local bars and pubs, playing video games, watching films, or going bowling.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Full UK driving license
  • Resilience, flexibility, and composure
  • Experience with Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice
  • Experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support, including behaviors of distress, mental health conditions, autism, forensic histories, and trauma
