We are urgently recruiting Support Workers to work within our Nursing and Dementia Care Homes in Dursley.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a reputable company known for providing high-quality care to the elderly and adults with conditions such as Epilepsy, Autism, learning disabilities, dementia, and mental health issues.

Responsibilities and Duties

Our Support Workers/Care Assistants support adults with mental health, learning, and physical disabilities in care homes, residential homes, and supported living environments. Your duties will include supporting with daily living activities, skill development, personal care, engaging in activities, and managing some challenging behaviors.

We provide full induction, mandatory training, and regular support and supervision. While experience in medication administration is preferred, training can be provided.

Shifts are 12 hours - days, nights, and weekends
