Achieve Together is seeking compassionate Support Workers to help people with learning disabilities, autism and related needs in their daily lives.

You will support individuals at home and in the community, celebrate their achievements and empower them to live independently. We provide full training and flexible working patterns, including part-time roles, to fit your life and aspirations.

Qualifications

• Experience in social care is not required; full training provided.
• Ability to communicate effectively with people you support and colleagues.
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing needs.
