Job summary

Achieve Together is inviting applications for Support Workers to empower people with learning disabilities and autism in homes and communities across the UK. You will provide day-to-day support, encourage activities, and help individuals build confidence to live independently with dignity.

Full training is provided, with flexible patterns including full-time, part-time, and casual roles, plus opportunities for career progression within a supportive team.

About the people and their home People we support enjoy baking, playing board games, doing activities in the garden and celebrating various events. Our home supports those that live there to live fulfilling lives and to integrate into community living by encouraging them to take part in voluntary work, going to day centres, playing bingo and supporting at a local football club. Our Support Workers always encourage people to get involved new opportunities in the community.
