Brook Street is recruiting for Support Workers to provide flexible ad hoc cover within a supported accommodation service for vulnerable adults in Lincolnshire, with days and nights available.

You will help adults develop independence, manage daily living skills, access community services, maintain accommodation and promote wellbeing, safety, dignity and choice through practical and emotional support.

Formación

• Experience supporting vulnerable adults.
• Background in adult social care, supported housing, homelessness, or mental health services.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and risk management.
• Strong communication and record-keeping skills.
• Flexible and reliable approach to work.

Support Worker (Adults) - Ad Hoc

Lincolnshire | £13.17 per hour | Days & Nights Available

We are recruiting Support Workers to provide flexible ad hoc cover within a supported accommodation service for vulnerable adults.

You will support adults to develop independence, manage daily living skills, access community services, maintain accommodation, and achieve positive outcomes. You'll provide practical and emotional support while promoting wellbeing, safety, dignity, and choice.

Requirements

• Previous experience supporting vulnerable adults
• Background in adult social care, supported housing, homelessness, or mental health services
• Knowledge of safeguarding and risk management
• Strong communication and record-keeping skills
• Flexible and reliable approach to work

Shift Patterns

• Days: 8:00am - 11:00pm
• Nights: 11:00pm - 8:00am
• Ad hoc/bank shifts available
• Weekend availability preferred

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is desirable due to the location and shift patterns.
