Job summary

Brook Street in Lincolnshire is recruiting Support Workers to provide flexible ad hoc cover within a supported accommodation service for vulnerable adults. You will support adults to develop independence, manage daily living skills, access community services, maintain accommodation, and achieve positive outcomes.

You'll provide practical and emotional support while promoting wellbeing, safety, dignity, and choice.

Shift Patterns:

• Days: 8:00am - 11:00pm
• Nights: 11:00pm - 8:00am
• Weekend availability preferred

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is desirable due to the location and shift patterns.
