We are looking for a Support worker to join our Service in Preston

What you’ll be doing:

  • The people we support have various Mental health needs. - its challenging but extremely rewarding for those looking to make a real difference. This isn’t just any role, this is a role greatly impacting the lives of the people we support, can you commit?
  • You'll support on a 1-1 basis promoting independence and encouraging the people we support to access the community.
  • Working to maintain a high level of support that’s required for the service needs.
  • participate and be as enthusiastic about their likes and wants as they are.
  • This is within a residential service.
