Job summary

Achieve Together in Sheffield is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist people with learning disabilities in daily life and community activities. You will help individuals gain independence, celebrate their achievements and encourage creativity, with comprehensive training to support your development.

We offer full-time hours, an hourly rate of £12.80, and a range of benefits including life assurance and progression opportunities within a supportive team committed to person-centred care.
