We are looking for Support Workers to join our service in Selby on a permanent, part-time basis (18 hours).
We are looking to grow our team of dedicated, caring and enthusiastic support workers. You will be working with a diverse group of people, each with their own unique abilities and needs. You will be expected to provide an outstanding level of support that will help to ensure the people we support live a happy life. You will have excellent communication skills and be a naturally caring and patient personality.
Shifts will be spread across mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and bank holidays so flexibility is key. Certain services will also have sleep-in shifts or waking night shifts as well. We prepare the rotas at least 4 weeks in advance so you can still plan your personal and social life!
