We’re looking for genuinely caring, hands-on Female* Support Workers passionate about improving the quality of life for the people we support. You’ll help individuals gain independence in daily activities, working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people!
Our supported living service in Sandycroft offers a welcoming environment where no two days are the same. You’ll enhance lives by teaching new skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging community access, socialising, and engaging in activities. One day might involve outings, the next supporting activities within the service.
This role is ideal for someone eager to make a meaningful difference, helping individuals grow in confidence and independence to achieve their goals, whether cooking dinner alone or going on holiday.
We value experience and the right values. Candidates should hold a full UK manual driving license, be resilient, flexible, and composed, with experience working with individuals with autism, mental health needs, and challenging behaviours.
