Job summary

Cygnet Elowen Hospital in Derbyshire is recruiting Support Workers to join our 24-bed facility delivering care for adults with eating disorders and complex needs. No previous healthcare experience required—we provide training, supervision and a clear pathway to grow in mental health and social care roles.

As a Support Worker you will build relationships, offer physical and emotional support, maintain a safe environment and participate in ongoing coaching and DBS checks as part of a committed

Cygnet Elowen Hospital is our new 24-bed hospital for adults located in Derbyshire, which exemplifies our commitment to excellence in health care. This service offers a safe and secure care pathway tailored for individuals with eating disorders, as well as those with complex personality disorders with disordered eating across two specialist wards.

As a Support Worker, you'll build meaningful relationships, learn valuable healthcare skills, and play an important role in improving the lives of those in our care. Your day-to-day...

• Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care
• Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support
• Learn about individuals specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way

Pay rate - £13.15 per hour (Increasing to £13.45 per hour after 3 months)
