Job description

We are looking for a Support Worker to join our team in the HUDDERSFIELD area due to expansion.

You'll be supporting a teenage female who has some complex emotional needs (NO PERSONAL CARE REQUIRED). Our client prefers female carers who have a good standard of English.

Responsibilities include:

• Enjoying theme parks and rollercoasters, and being willing to support our client on the rides.
• Being prepared to go swimming and to the gym, and being willing to participate in these activities.
• Liking dogs, walking dogs, and visiting dog kennels.
• Having an interest in arts, crafts, and drawing, as well as cooking and baking at home (desired but not required).

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL BE GIVEN FULL PBS (POSITIVE BEHAVIOUR SUPPORT) TRAINING.

Shift requirements:

• Weekend work is required.
• Part-time.

To become a Support Worker, YOU MUST BE A DRIVER WITH ACCESS TO A CAR!
